Aloo Pakoras

INGREDIENTS :

1. Boiled Aloo - 2-3 (Medium)
2. Onion - 1 (Big)
3. Gram Flour - 3-4 tbsp
4. Corn Flour - 2-3 tsp
5. Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
6. Hing/Asefoteda  - 1 tsp
7. Red Chilli Powder - 2-3 tsp (As Required)
8. Salt - As per Taste
9. Coriander leaves - As Required
10. Lemon Juice - 1-2 tsp
11. Oil - As Required (For Deep Fry)
12. Water - Little ( To Sprinkle) - Optional

RECIPE :

STEP 1 : In a mixing bowl, smash Aloo and Onion.

STEP 2 : Add Gram flour, Corn flour, Turmeric powder, Hing, Red Chilli powder and Salt to the Aloo-Onion mixture and mix well.

STEP 3 : Sprinkle little water if required and mix  or Skip this step.

STEP 4 : Add Coriander leaves, Lemon juice to the mixture and mix well.

STEP 5 : Add the mixture little by little to the hot oil and deep fry in the medium flame.

STEP 6 : Take the pakoras out of oil and Serve hot with Sauce or Green Chutney.
